Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Times

Orders are typically shipped within 3-6 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Costs

• Within the Netherlands

  • Free shipping for orders over €100.
  • For orders under €100, a flat rate of €6.95 applies.

• Within the EU (excluding the Netherlands)

  • Shipping costs range from €12 to €16, depending on the destination.

• Outside the EU

  • A flat rate of €25 applies to all international orders.

Order Tracking and Delivery

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and instructions to track your package. We aim to deliver orders on time, but please expect possible delays during peak periods such as Black Friday Week and holidays when delivery carriers experience higher volumes.

International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility. For more information on potential charges, please contact your local customs authorities before placing an order.
