Return Policy

At Vizion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Follow the steps below to initiate a return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our Returns Center
    Enter your order number and email address to begin the return process.

  2. Follow the Instructions
    Select the items you wish to return. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Packaging Your Return

  • Condition
    Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Packaging
    Return items in the original magnetic box and place it within a secondary box to protect it during shipping.

  • Labeling
    Attach the return label clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

  1. Drop Off
    Take your package to a post office of your choice. Keep the shipping receipt safe until the return is fully processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Exceptions
    If you are returning a damaged or incorrectly delivered item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • 14-Day Return Period
    Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, no reason required.

  • Condition Requirements
    Returned items must include all accessories, be in their original condition, and be securely packaged. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product in good condition.

  • Damaged Returns
    If the item or packaging is returned in a condition that indicates it was handled carelessly, we may deduct a depreciation fee from the refund.

Need a different size or product? No problem! Register the item through our Returns Center within 14 days of receiving it, and review our Refund Policy for more details.

Refund Timeline

We aim to process returns within 7 business days after the package arrives in our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your bank account.

Policy on Damage, Loss, or Theft

Vizion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. We recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method to avoid these risks. Customers are responsible for any return shipping and customs fees.

If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update your order.
